- Other Eligibility Criteria:
- This prize will be given to a student who has completed at least 30 credit hours and has a declared major in Conflict Resolution Studies. The recipient will have a demonstrated commitment to peace building, either locally or internationally. Preference will be given to adult learners, Indigenous students, students with disabilities, newcomers to Canada, people from war-affected regions, refugees, or students from inner-city neighbourhoods in Winnipeg. Applicants must provide a list of activities, training, and/or volunteerism that demonstrates peace-building experiences as well as one reference letter from a professor/instructor at Menno Simons College.
