Saving and Installing a Font for Inuktitut

1. Downloading the Font

1. Click on the link to start the download of the font.
   Download the Pigiarniq font
2. Save the file to your computer and make note of the location you save to.

2. Extracting (unzip) the Downloaded File

1. To extract the downloaded file:
   1. If you are presented with a window (after download is completed) with the buttons <Open>; <Open Folder> and <Close>, click <Open>.
      
      OR
   2. If you are not presented with this window, open Windows Explorer by clicking on "Computer" in your Start menu, locate the folder you saved the font file to (example: C:\Users\(username)\Downloads).
2. Click once on the file name to highlight it and then using the right mouse button, click and choose "Extract all files..." from the menu.
3. Follow the instructions in the Extraction Wizard window that is launched. (Note: Typically you should chose the same folder to extract the file to that you chose to download to. The Extraction Wizard should select this folder automatically for you. If it does not, or if you wish to extract the file to a different location, you can click <Browse> when prompted and select an alternate location for the extraction.)
4. select the box that says "Show extracted files when complete".
5. When the Extraction Wizard has completed the extraction, the window open will show the fonts you want to install.
